Monday/Tuesday March 7th and 8th

Lots of work around the trailer, took all the shutters off, they need painting. Painted one took forever with all the slats and needs another coat. I have an airless paint sprayer but it is almost always windy so that is not a good option. Will try and find someone with a shop that can do it for us. For some $$ it will be worth it.

We went to the block party pot luck for our street on Monday. Nice to meet others who are new or see those we have not seen for a year. The food was outstanding.

We had a couple come and look at our trailer, they have one in a park not far from us, but it is larger and they want to downsize. They also own the lot. They liked ours and say it is just the right size, but they have not sold theirs and have had it up for sale for two years. Does not look promising for a prospective buyer. They would want to move it out of the park.

There is a real estate agent who lives in the park who charged $500 flat fee, will do all the work and the paperwork. She will not work with anyone though who would allow their unit to be moved out of the park. We are not ready to go with her though, but apparently she has sold a few units lately.

We were going to go to Mexico Tuesday but the weather was not so great, so we are going on Wednesday instead.
